My name is Julie, and I am a 18 year old 교포 living in Canada. I am very interested in travelling to Korea for plastic surgery within the next 1~2 years; however, I have many questions to ask.

1) Are consultations free?
2) How long do consultations take?
3) Will the consultation be done with a doctor(clinic director??) ?
4) After the initial consultation, how soon can the surgery date be booked?
5) I wish have:
-double eyelid surgery
-nose surgery(high bridge, sharp tip)
-jaw bone reduction
-cheek bone reduction
-chin bone reduction
-breast augmentation(cohesive gel implants)
*What are the price estimates for all the above procedures?*
6) Can all those procedures be done the same day?
7) What is the recovery time for the above procedures? How long will it take for the initial swelling and bruising to disappear? And how long will it take for my face to heal completely?
8) How long will I be able to stay in your clinic to recover?
9) While I was researching, I came upon a new surgery option called 페이스 오프. Could you explain to me what that is exactly? And how much it costs?
10)As an overseas Korean, I am aware that I am eligible for partial medical insurance from the government. Can that be applied to the surgery costs?
11) Do you offer insurance? What are the options?
12) Do you accept Visa? Is there any discount for full cash payments?
13) Are deposits require? If so, how much?
14) Is tax charged? If so, how much? And is it included in the price?
15) Do you offer laser hair removal? If so, what are the costs?
16) I have 4 impacted wisdom teeth that need to be removed. Would you recommend getting them removed before or after plastic surgery?
17) If I decide to get surgery done at 압구정서울성형외과, are there any hotels nearby that offer discounted pricing for patients?
18) Is there complimentary pick-up/drop-off from the airport and hotel?
19) Ideally, I plan to go to Korea for surgery between late 2011 and early 2012. At that time, I will be 19-20 years old (not Korean age) as I was born in November 1991. Is there an age requirement to undergo surgery in Korea? Would I be old enough at the time to go by myself or would I need a parent to sign for me?


Those are all the questions I could come up with at the moment. I'm sure I'll be able to come up with more later.
